The Website Structure:
Homepage: An introductory page containing an opening paragraph, promotional photography, your company logo and navigation to the remaining pages.
Introductory paragraph : average 250 words
Internal Page: A page with more detail on your product or service. Photographs and text supplied by the client, your company logo and navigation to the remaining pages.
Contact Page: A Page containing a map, your logo, your contact information and navigation to the remaining pages.

The Text: Provided by the client. Either supplied in current promotional material or otherwise instructed by the client .Text can also be emailed to design@designdetroit.com or supplied on floppy disc, CD-ROM in plain text or Microsoft Word format. Notice: DesignDetroit does not take responsibility for any typing errors, it is the client's responsibility to proof read their site and send in any corrections which will then be made by DesignDetroit

The Imagery: Promotional photographs and Images: maximum of 5, taken from existing promotional material or supplied as standard photographs. DesignDetroit will scan photography and images supplied in this way. When available in digital format supply via email, floppy disc or CD-ROM as a .jpg or .gif file format.
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission to use any photographs on their website. Copyright laws still apply to the internet.

Domain name: DesignDetroit will register a domain name in your behalf for your website, if the exact domain you desire isn't available DesignDetroit will suggest logical alternatives. DesignDetroit will serve as the administrative and technical contact for the domain. Setting up and handling the Nameserver information is included. Domains are registered on a annual basis. Non-payment can result in loss of domain name.

Your included storage is 50 megabytes with 1 gigabyte of monthly data transfer included. In the event that your monthly transfer exceeds 1 gigabyte then a charge of $5.00 per over gigabyte will be applied.

Email Services and Setup: 5 P0P email accounts are included. Setup fees are included in package price. (i.e., you@yourcompany.com)

Web Mail: A internet interface to send and receive your email. Making your email available on any computer that is connected to the internet. Setup fees are included in package price. (i.e., https://webmail.yourcompany.com)

Reasonable Updates: All Updates to the contact page are included. Any changes to the layout, color scheme or content will be charged at the hourly programming rate or a predetermined fee.

Search Engine Optimization and Submission: This is where you will benefit the most out of your business relationship with DesignDetroit. DesignDetroit will utilize several methods to make sure that your company is at the top of a search list for your niche in your area. Your site will be equipped with the appropriate domain name, design, keywords and description for optimum results. Your domain name will be submitted to the top Search Engines 3 times annually. Notice: Popular search engines like Yahoo and Google can take up to 12 weeks to propagate new suggestions to their web servers.

Customer Referral Credit: For every person you refer to DesignDetroit who becomes a DesignDetroit customer- DesignDetroit will give you two free months hosting!

Once your site is completed and paid for- you own your site. A copy of your site will be provided by DesignDetroit.com to you on a CD-ROM.
